2011 WALT "Pinpoint Extreme" Anderson Valley Pinot Noir

Our Pinpoint Extreme demonstrates our dedication to being cutting-edge winemakers.  We select this wine from our extensive research program to showcase exciting new winemaking techniques that drive our minimalist approach and help to increase vineyard site expression.  For our 2011 vintage we sourced our fruit from Anderson Valley and included stems during fermentation - a process that brought an interesting aromatic profile and structure to the wine.
